With the Autumnal weather kicking in and the smell of pumpkin pie in the air, who doesn’t get excited about having an enchanted Halloween wedding this spooky season?
Whether you are one to watch scary movies, or just love dressing up (whilst wishing you could still get away with trick or treating,) then a spooky wedding on All Hallows Eve might be for you.
While a Halloween wedding might not be the most conventional of themes, it is certainly a popular one. At Hayne House we love everything about this ghostly time of year and can help you pull off a truly eerie event!
How is the best way to let our guests know it is a Halloween wedding?
If you want your guests grooving to the monster mash, and to start thinking about costumes, then why not begin your wedding planning with “Save-the-date” cards. Byblossom’s scratch cards in a “save the date” style really scream to your guests that they will be experiencing no ordinary wedding.
What about colour scheme?
At Hayne House, we get right into the autumnal spirit of ‘wind-fall’ weddings, as it allows us to bring together a wonderful warm colour palette. Your (and ours) Pinterest dreams can come true, with all the oranges; apricot, melon, tangerine, nectarine, flame, carrot, coral, pumpkin, cinnabar, fiery burnt orange and ginger.
Have you thought about mixing in purples of burgundy, fig and beetroot with autumnal reds of crimson, raspberry and scarlet, balanced with rustic gold and caramel apple colours?
