The Bridal Boutique of Jules is a beautifully quaint bridal boutique beside the seaside in Walmer, Deal, Kent. We are just along the coast from Hayne House.
Why did you set up the Bridal Boutique of Jules?
Owned and run by myself, Jeska, in loving memory of my dear mum Julia (aka Jules). I am embracing the dream both my mum and I shared. Stepping foot inside the boutique you will be greeted by, not only a very warm welcome, but beautiful designer gowns hanging elegantly from vintage ladders, stunning shoes placed on my mums treasured books, bridal lace delicately draped and soft luxurious fabrics, traditional tweed and twinkling jewels individually adorned to create a very unique and magical place.
All the pieces are handpicked within the boutique – chosen for their originality and true beauty. Blending up cycled charm with sophisticated quirky ideas resulting in a boutique that will fill you with inspiration, love and excitement for your special day.

What can we expect from a visit to the Bridal Boutique of Jules?
Each bride and her party have exclusive use of the boutique for a full two hours, so we really do try to get to know you, your individuality and your wedding daydreams. We pride ourselves on not only all of the above, but also being that little bit unique.
We are at the forefront of fashion and handpick our designers collections with great care and attention. The tiniest details matter to us. Our small but very passionate team explore your thoughts and dreams and with your guidance and using our creativity and knowledge, design/create your individual look and unique bridal style.
What tips can you give to Hayne House brides?
We encourage you to embrace your true self, your own uniqueness, the only you there is! I get asked all of the time – “What is on trend this year?’ I always reply –
‘I believe bridal trends, (trends in general) swings and roundabouts – whether the look is unadorned Meghan Markle style simplicity, soft delicate florals, bold blooms, unapologetically edgy to over the top flounce, you really should, emphasise your true personal style, be you and embrace what is best for you. It does not matter about the trend, that will come and go. You and your personality are what should influence your dress choice. Your personality and style should ooze from your dress’.
What should I consider when choosing my dress to get married at Hayne House?
We always advise brides to have firmly booked their chosen date and venue before beginning on their wedding dress journey, ideally 12-18 months prior to the big day.
Trying on wedding dresses for the first time can be exciting, scary, daunting and amazing all at the same time. So, it really does help if you can picture yourself on that walk towards your future husband, at your venue, at the time of year you have booked for. The light and crisp orangery that ‘opens’ to the sky and the beautiful surrounding gardens, allows the outside in.
The reflecting outside colours and the weather really enhance the orangeries true beauty. It could be a cosy winter wedding under the stars (literally) or a warm summers day with the butterflies attending as guests too, flying in and out of the open doors off the Orangery.
