Fresh out of university, Fleur was keen to start up her own business and what project closer to her heart to take on than to inject a new lease of life into what was once her family home: converting Hayne House into a wedding venue!
From humble beginnings the transformation of Hayne House into the venue that it is today has been a true labour of love, filled with excitement, passion and determination. Fleur wants every couple to feel like Hayne House is their home for the day, and she is extremely proud of her team who go above and beyond to make every couples’ day better than they could ever have imagined.
Fleur still has many ambitious and exciting projects in the pipeline for Hayne House, many of which she dreams up when she’s out running or cycling (with her three little girls in tow) or when she has a G&T in hand! Fleur is determined with her team to make Hayne House a fully sustainable venue and to collaborate with as many people as possible to bring positive change to the wedding industry.
Rebecca, the longest standing member of the team, joined us in 2013 with previous wedding venue experience.
She’s in charge of all things operational, and when she’s not in co-ordinating your wedding day, she is learning about and sharing with you her knowledge about cocktails, outside of work you can find her horse riding or running around after her two children!
Kerry, Fleur’s sister, is our timekeeper. When she’s not polishing glasses or de-corking the wine she is a watch checker, making sure you never walk down the aisle late!
When she’s not at Hayne House, Kerry is busy at home looking after her children and dog, Sparkles. Kerry is also a fantastic local artist!

Hailing from the North-West, Helen decided to focus her organisational skills on the wedding and bridal world in 2012. Having not looked back since she is now the proud owner of her ‘dream job’ at Hayne House.
When she’s not busy renovating her home or walking her curly cockapoo, she’s always ready to put the kettle on and find out all about your wedding.

Ellie has always had a love for weddings, by incorporating this in her work in hospitality and journalism degree, she loves the idea of giving each couple a unique and personal wedding journey. She has a keen interest in all things green, and when she isn’t looking for ways to make us all more sustainable you’ll find her with a glass of wine, dancing to records in the kitchen with her dog.
Whilst raising her children (who are occasionally seen working behind the bar), she worked in local and London accountancy practise, local government and media business.
Andrea’s experience means that she is here to make sure the financial side of your wedding is crystal clear and as painless as possible with her efficient manner and friendly approach.
