By using the freshest, finest ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible, Scott Anderson creates delicious set or personalised menus tailored to you and your guests exact needs.
Their superb team of chefs, led by Executive Chef Paul Rutter, brings a wealth of experience from some of the world’s top hotels, restaurants, and catering companies. This means you can relax, knowing that your dream wedding menu is in expert hands.
To ensure everything is just right, Scott Anderson offers a consultation and quoting service, along with, depending on your wedding package, a complimentary tasting for the couple. This can take place at Hayne House as a group tasting or at their commercial kitchen and tasting room in Faversham. These tastings provide a ‘dress rehearsal’ for your special day, allowing you to sample your chosen menus and finalise your overall look. Their team will guide you through every aspect of your wedding catering, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
To complete your day, Scott Anderson also offers a selection of linen, crockery, cutlery, and glassware upgrades to elevate your tablescapes, and a highly trained service team, ensuring a seamless and elegant dining experience from start to finish.

At Hayne House, we understand how important it is to keep your guests hydrated during your wedding. So we have put together a range of Drinks Packages to suit all tastes and to ensure your family and friends, plus any children, all enjoy their day.
A typical drinks Packages
The Garden Wedding Package normally includes everything you need for the perfect wedding day:
- 1 glass of prosecco pp post your indoor or outdoor ceremony or if you arrive from a church
- A half bottle of wine pp during your wedding breakfast. This can be a combination of carefully chosen red, white or rose
- 1 glass of prosecco per adult for toasting
Drinks Package Upgrades
However, to ensure your day is exactly what you want, you can upgrade your drinks packages to include non-alcoholic, Kentish or sustainable wedding drinks at different stages of your day. Here at Hayne House you can upgrade your drinks packages to suit any budget, requirement or preference.
Start your day in the Pamper Cottage
For the morning of your wedding why not ask about our Prosecco and Graze ‘hampers’ delivered straight to the Pamper Cottage.
For those sitting room moments in the former Hunting Lodge
Why not start your day with your best men with some delicious chilled local Kentish Beers or a swiftie from the Orangery Bar?
Welcome Drinks and Cheers Station
Unlike a church wedding, you can include a welcome drink to greet your guests as they arrive at Hayne House. Choose from one of our four favourite welcome drink upgrades:
- Larger and Prosecco
- Kentish Larger and Chapel Down Bacchus Sparkling
- Pimm’s and Lemonade
- A non-alcoholic drinks station of noseco, sparkling elderflower and Biddenden fruit juice
Post Ceremony
After saying ‘we do’ why not upgrade your post-ceremony drinks reception from one glass of bubbles to our really popular One Hour Unlimted Drinks Reception:
- Cheers Reception is made up of Prosecco, Pimms, Local lager, Elderflower Fizz and Fruit Juice
- Kentish Reception includes Chapel Down Sparkling Bacchus, Local Lager, Local Apple Cider, Biddenden’s Apple Juice
